Iceland’s unemployment rate declined in November, data from Statistics Iceland revealed Monday.
The seasonally adjusted jobless rate dropped to 3.4 percent in November from 5.4 percent in October.
The number of unemployed people fell to 6,300 in November from 10,400 in October.
On an unadjusted basis, the jobless rate slid to 3.1 percent in November from 5 percent in the previous month.
This marked the lowest level of unemployment since October 2008.
